At Vinyl Castle, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your record is damaged or you've received the wrong pressing, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account and visit the order history page to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.

• 2.
  Package Securely

  Place the vinyl in its original record mailer or a similar sturdy cardboard box to prevent warping or sleeve damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested replacement within 5 business days.
